PlayFirst plans to release three new games later this year, Passport to Perfume, Gemini Lost, and Avenue Flo. Beta versions of Passport to Perfume and Gemini Lost have already been released, and the Avenue Flo beta will be released in June. [full story]

PlayFirst, in collaboration with Big Splash Games, has announced its third instalment in the Chocolatier game series, Chocolatier: Decadence by Design. In the new Chocolatier, players can travel the world to search for flavourful and exotic ingredients, in order to create the best chocolate recipe and earn spaces in the official recipe book. To receive the spaces in the recipe book, users have to properly describe and market their products to make beneficial changes in the simulated economy. [full story]

PlayFirst has launched Dream Chronicles 2: The Eternal Maze, the second game in the Dream Chronicles series that incorporates components from hidden object, adventure, and mystery genres. Developed by KatGames, Dream Chronicles 2 continues the story of Faye's adventure between the mortal and fairy world in search of her husband and daughter. With help from Faye's mother-in-law Aeval, players must solve puzzles to unravel the mystery and restore Faye's family. Dream Chronicles 2: The Eternal Maze is priced at $20 and requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later. [full story]

PlayFirst recently unveiled Dress Shop Hop, a new game based on Flo's world from Diner Dash where players help Bobbi, an aspiring designer, gather customers and create new fashions to sell. Players design and sell custom clothes out of their bustling boutique according to a customers wants and needs, with patterns ranging from solid colors to off-the-wall swatch designs. Players can enjoy the demo for 30 minutes, with a full version available for download fro PlayFirst's website for $20. [full story]

Tuscon, Arizona-based PlayFirst has introduced Chocolatier 2: Secret Ingredients, the followup to its successful game that maintained a Top 20 position on several casual game sites for approximately five months. The sequel again puts players in touch with the Baumeister family 40 years after the events in the original game. Players must assist Evangeline Baumeister's rebellious granddaughter with reforming the Baumeister chocolate empire by traveling the world and finding new recipes. PlayFirst is offering Mac users a 60-minute trial of the game, and sells the full version for $20 from its online store as a digital download. [full story]<< first1last >>
