Taiwan-based Arbor on Tuesday announced the release of its first rugged tablet PC, the Gladius G0710. The tablet sports a 7-inch touchscreen LCD with 1024x600 resolution that is bright enough to be legible in direct sunlight, the company claims, though that is an option. The standard display features an 800x480-pixel resolution. With an Intel Atom CPU rated at between 1.1GHz and 1.86GHz, the Gladius G0710 sports an integrated 2 megapixel camera and microphone.
