ViewPhone gets Android 4 models ahead of MWC
ViewSonic's other contributions to Mobile World Congress on Friday revolved around three smartphones, some testing the edge of what could be considered entry level. At the top, the ViewPhone 4s has a 3.5-inch, 640x960 IPS-based LCD much like that on Apple's iPhone 4 and 4S. It's closer to the iPhone 4 in features with a 1GHz processor, a five-megapixel rear camera, and a front VGA camera, although it, like the other two phones, ships with a customized version of Android 4.0 and dual SIM card slots.
