V-Moda Vamp Verza combines DAC, amplifier, battery
V-Moda has revealed the Vamp Verza for iOS and Android mobile phone users. The Vamp Verza is a mobile combined DAC/headphone amplifier with built-in battery pack to allow mobile users to achieve a much higher quality on the go. Aimed at audiophiles, especially given its $598 asking price, the device allows users to connect their smartphone or tablet over a USB connection to either Apple’s 30-pin adapter, Lightning adapter or an Android micro-USB port. As an added bonus, the built-in battery pack can also be used to charge mobile devices.

V-Moda collaborative effort implements three refined technologies
Specialty headphone maker V-Moda has announced the availability of the highly-anticipated Crossfade M-100 headphones, designed by and for music aficionados. V-Moda says it tapped artists, editors and audiophiles to develop and vote on the first units to go into mass production. The M-100 discussion boasts some 10,000 posts and 700 pages on the world’s largest headphone-specific enthusiast site, Head-Fi.

V-Moda outs rugged, $230 M-80 headphones
Stylish earphone maker V-Moda has just released its most advanced set of headphones so far in the Crossfade M-80. The headphones resemble the company's Crossfade LP but are 53 percent smaller. They are rugged, meeting MIL-STD-810G standards, and use a steel frame, Steelflex headband, interchangeable brushed metal shields, durable microfiber suede and replaceable memory foam cushions.

V-Moda outs True-Blood edition V-80 headphones
Clothing and headphone maker V-Moda on Thursday introduced the V-80 on-ear headphones, the first and only product in the company's True Blood lineup. The line was developed in conjunction with HBO, which airs the popular TV show. The headphones sport interchangeable metal shields themed after the show that cover the earpods.

V-MODA offers customized Crossfade LP headphones
V-MODA has just introduced a number of customization options for its flagship Crossfade LP over-the-ear headphones. Buyers can now choose the color of the headphones, the metal plates over the ear and engrave up to eight characters on the ear cover along with one of four graphics. The choice of graphics includes a personalized jersey, a crown, a skull with snake and a vinyl immortal angel, along with seven colors: chrome, gold, black, red, gunmetal, pink and purple.

Patented die-casting technique gives unique look
V-MODA today unveiled its Vibrato in-ear earphones, die-cast using a patented technology in zinc-alloy. The technique helps to give the earphones a unique appearance while also making them more robust. Tuned in conjunction with pro musicians, the earphones incorporate an 8mm dynamic neodymium driver to deliver high-quality sound that minimizes background noise through the application of hybrid silicone to form the ear tips.

V-Moda have unveiled two new colors of their Crossfade LP over-ear headphones.The new Rouge and Nero models have been added to the existing stable, which includes White Pearl, Phantom Chrome, and Gunmetal Black. V-MODA has released new flagship headphones on Wednesday, the Crossfade LP. They aim for an upscale design with lightweight metals and 50mm dual-diaphragm drivers. V-Moda has redesigned its core earbud line in the form of the Remix. The new flagship sports a 9mm neodymium driver, Kevlar-reinforced cables and noise-isolating soft silicone tips. They also have detachable earhooks that help the earbuds stay in place during a run.

V-MODA Faze headset
V-MODA on Wednesday announced it has started shipping its Faze metal headset, made to work with Apple's iPhone and iPod, as well as other smartphones including BlackBerries, the Palm Pre and other MP3 players or devices with a 3.5mm audio jack. The in-line microphone has a call and music control button that can answer and end incoming calls, as well as pause and play music, in addition to fast forwarding it.

Monster iPod shuffle Plans
Monster Cable today pledged new versions of its headphones that would support the third-generation iPod shuffle. The company's existing Beats and Turbine headphones, as well as unspecified new models, will all get an in-line control to navigate tracks as well as to trigger VoiceOver. An adapter is also planned to let any headphone from any company share the same features.

V-MODA AVC iPod shuffle
V-MODA on Friday acted quickly to support Apple's third-generation iPod shuffle by revealing a new line in the works to support the new player. The Audio Visual Control (AVC) series will add in-line control for the play, skip, volume and VoiceOver features of the player while improving the audio quality and, reportedly, the style versus Apple's pack-in earbuds. It should also work with other late 2008 iPods as well as unibody MacBooks.

V-MODA Vibe II with Mic
V-MODA today broke cover to launch the Vibe II with Mic, the successor to its long-serving Vibe Duo. The iPhone-oriented but not exclusive in-canal earbuds carry a new, machined metal design which V-MODA calls eco-friendly and should also have improved audio. A new 8mm driver is said to have a more organic sound than most and is tuned in favor of the bass response needed for electronic, rock and urban music; the company estimates frequency response at the very low end between just 12Hz and 22Hz.

V-MODA today released special colors for its earbud lines to add extra style to the iPhone and new iPods. The VIBE Duo now includes Gunmetal Rouge and polished chrome versions to satisfy iPhone users looking for an earbud and headset combo more conspicuously stylish than either the black Duos or Apple's stock headset. The standard VIBE receives a similar treatment with a Midnight Blue tint for iPhone and iPod owners who can go without an in-line microphone.
