Scosche Realm line boosted with four new models
Scosche has released the latest in the Realm line of on-ear, reference-grade headphones. The new models are all powered by 40mm drivers, and feature copper voice coils and rare-earth neodymium magnets. Ear cushioning is provided by viscoelastic memory foam that softens in response to body heat, and conforms to the listener's ear shape. Two models, the RH656md and RH656m on-ear headphones, boast Scosche's Siri-compatible tapLINE III control and microphone, which allows users to play, pause, adjust volume, activate voice control, and perform hands-free calling. The RH656md in black and RH656m in white retail for $130. The models without the microphone, the RH600bk (black) and RH600w (white) run $100.
Bagis in-ear headphones come in eight colors
Urbanears has just introduced a new headphone line with the Bagis. The in-ear headphones have a rubber housing and snap together for carrying around a user's neck when not in use. The cords are made of fabric and TPE to reduce rustling sounds from friction.
Revised design, new 40mm drivers
Urbanears has updated its Tanto headphone range. The changes include improved clamping force that gives the headphones a sturdier feel despite their relatively light weight. Also updated are the metal parts of the headphones, which have been given a powder coated matte finish that improves their appearance as well as durability. Sonically, the headphones have also received over-sized 40mm drivers that help to deliver a much richer and fuller sound than previously.
Urbanears outs multi-colored Tanto headphones
Urbanears today brought out its limited-edition Tanto headphones at the Wired Pop Up Store in New York City. An inline remote and microphone are integrated into the cord of the headphones, which ends in a 3.5mm audio jack.
