Less than 24 hours after the new iPhone has been announced, more cases have been unveiled for the device. The new cases range from the utilitarian Bulldozer from Cygnett, to the luxury offerings from Italian leather company Orbino. Most cases are available for preorder today, and will ship by the beginning of October.
Orbino has launched a new hand-stitched leather iPad case, Padova. The case is a play-through design, with a removable shoulder strap. It integrates a rigid leather flap with a hidden magnet closure to secure the iPad face when traveling - the flap doubles as a stand for both vertical and horizontal viewing when the device is in use. The case also has cutouts for the iPad's recharging cable, headphones, speakers and controls.

Microsoft has issued an update for the Mac version of its productivity suite, Office 2016. The v15.18 update offers improvements for all of the included apps, such as bringing full screen support to Outlook and allowing Word to save PDF files to flash drives. In addition, a new selection pane has been added to PowerPoint and Excel for keeping track of objects, and shapes can now be added to OneNote notebook pages. The update is free for all users, but requires a Mac running OS X 10.10 or later and a valid Microsoft Office 365 subscription. http://bit.ly/1Q7pAzW
