The UK's The Medical Phone Ltd. is about to release the iCEphone, a powerful handset meant to act as a portable video game platform, a personal navigation device, 3G-capable smartphone and micro notebook. It has a three-way hinge, allowing users to access its QWERTY keyboard, 3-inch, 240x400-pixel touchscreen display, mouse tracker pad and gaming controls all at the same time or just some of the time, to minimize its footprint.
