Jabra has announced two new additions to its portfolio of headsets aimed at active individuals. The wireless Sport and the tethered Sport-Corded let listeners get music or talk during exercise. Both headsets are designed specifically to be both securer and comfortable while biking or running.

Jabra Easycall, Cruiser2 BT gear to AT&T stores
Bluetooth headset maker Jabra on Monday began shipping its new Easycall device at AT&T stores. At the same time, the company has released its previously introduced Cruiser2 in-car speakerphone with voice controls. The new EasyCall is meant for first-time Bluetooth headset users and uses a DSP chip to clean the sound.

New additions to Jabra's Bluetooth portfolio
Jabra has revealed several new additions to its Bluetooth connectivity range. The new CRUISER2 is a hands-free combined mic/speaker for making and receiving calls on the go in a car. Also added to its range are two new Skype-certified speakerphones, the EXTREME for PC and the SPEAK410 for PC.

Jabra Stone2 headset takes voice guidance
Jabra today updated its signature Bluetooth headset. The Stone2 keeps its signature twist shape and namesake charger but adds voice control and guidance. On a basic level, the earpiece will read out caller ID or the phone number and either take or end the call by speaking "answer" or "ignore." Many devices can also start a call through speaking the name or number, and Jabra's app platform opens the option of voice-guided e-mail, searches, social networking and text messages.

Jabra shows Skype-certified Bluetooth headset
Jabra has introduced a new Extreme-series Bluetooth headset with the 'For PC' suffix that is certified to work with Skype. It ships with a pre-paired USB adapter that connects the headset to computers for VoIP apps or others that can use wireless audio.

Jabra has unveiled the Go 660 in an attempt to stand out in the crowded Bluetooth headset field. The earpiece hinges on a new noise cancellation technique that Jabra claims is no-compromise. Although it uses dual microphones like most active noise reduction, the Go 660 is said to counteract the noise without lowering the audio quality of the call itself.

Jabra Clipper priced, dated, exclusive to Verizon
Jabra at the CTIA show on Wednesday announced the North American ship date for its Clipper stereo Bluetooth headset introduced at MWC in February. The device, which can stream music and take calls from a connected cellphone, will ship in May and will be an exclusive to Verizon. Its earbuds feature noise-cancelling technology, while the namesake design makes it possible to clip onto bags, belts and clothes.

Jabra gets ATT exclusive, helps mobile apps
Jabra used the advent of CTIA to launch a white version of the Stone and a program to boost mobile developers. Both the earpiece and its unique, namesake charger have flipped over to the new color and carry the same features, such as portable charging from a battery in the charger as well as noise cancellation. AT&T will have an exclusive on the headset and start selling it May 16th for $130.

Jabra Clipper Bluetooth headset unveiled
Jabra took the opportunity at the Mobile World Congress show in Spain to show off its latest Bluetooth headset, the Clipper. The earbud design supports A2DP and lets users listen to stereo music, while any incoming calls can be answered with the multi-function button. That button also serves to pause, skip tracks and adjust the volume.

Best Buy Thanksgiving sale flyer leaked
The flyer for Best Buy's Black Friday/Thanksgiving sale has been leaked on the Internet ahead of its official release thanks to a copy posted today. Among the 'doorbusters' are a $300 PS3 bundle that includes two games, while an Xbox 360 bundle with six games will carry the same sticker price. Another front-page deal involves a 46-inch, 120Hz LED-backlit Samsung HDTV with free home delivery, hook-up and recycling for $1,600, or $1,000 off.

Jabra outs dual-mic Bluetooth speakerphone
Jabra has announced the release of a new Bluetooth 2.1 speakerphone for use in cars, with its Cruiser. The new speakerphone is one of the first to use dual microphones to eliminate background noise and cancel out echos. The device is also capable of reading out contact names as they call in, or phone numbers if they aren't saved in the address book. This voice guides users through the pairing process, announces battery and connection status, and helps during the initial pairing and any subsequent links.

Bluetooth headset fits flush with charger
Jabra on Wednesday published a teaser site for its upcoming Stone headset. The animation shows what appears to be a headset that docks flush with its charger, creating the appearance of a pebble. Although the device is obscured in the official teaser, Gizmodo posted several alleged photos of the headset removed from the dock.

Jabra ships HALO headset
Jabra on Monday began shipping its latest Bluetooth A2DP compatible headset, the dual-microphone HALO, which was first introduced in April. The headset is compatible with BlackBerry handsets as well as Apple's iPhone and second-generation iPod touch, and can sync with two devices simultaneously. The headset can be folded for ease of carrying and has a 3.5mm headset jack and cable to connect to source devices when Bluetooth cannot be used or isn't an option. The HALO's display shows battery and connection status, while a touch-based volume control lets users adjust the loudness of the headset.

Phone headset maker Jabra has recently announced the upcoming release of its latest Bluetooth headset, the GO 6400-series, on which it partnered up with Synaptics. SP200 speakerphone
Jabra has unveiled its newest Bluetooth device, the SP200, its latest speakerphone. Building off the Jabra SP700, the SP200 is designed to attach to a car visor and provide hands-free talking. The devices comes with noise reduction and echo cancellation technology, is capable of offering up to 10 hours of talk time, and has a standby time of roughly 23 days. Auto-pairing also makes using multiple devices relatively seamless.

Bluetooth headset maker Jabra on Tuesday announced the launch of a pair of multi-use headsets with the M5390 USB and BT530 USB. Either can pair up with up to eight devices including cell phones and Internet-connected PCs for VoIP or soft-phone use. Additionally, both can pair up to two devices simultaneously, allowing users to answer the device that is ringing. Users can answer either their cellphone or a PC-based VoIP call thanks to the included USB dongle.

Jabra BT4010 headset
GN on Tuesday announced its newest Jabra headset, the BT4010, which is a Bluetooth headset with an integrated LCD display. What the company calls a Smart Display, the small LCD provides information on the headset's battery charge level as well as connection and call status. In addition, the BT4010 has an auto-pairing feature via its Bluetooth 2.0+ EDR specification.
