MathMagic Pro 7.0 adds CS5 support, improvements

Supports two layers of background color

InfoLogic has released a new version of its math equation editor for professionals, MathMagic Pro Edition 7.0. The software handles mathematical symbols within a simplified interface, and supports reading and writing expressions in MathML and LaTex. New to the program is support for up to two layers of background color, as well as improved equation-quality and new templates. In addition to the changes, the Adobe InDesign plug-in version of the software has been enhanced and now offers compatibility with CS5.

InfoLogic has released MathMagic Personal Edition 6.8. The equation editor handles mathematical symbols using a simple interface designed to be easy to work with. It reads and writes expressions in LaTex and MathML, and works with any word processor or presentation software such as Pages, Word or Keynote.

InfoLogic has released an update to its equation editing suite for Adobe's InDesign and Quark's QuarkXPress, launching MathMagic Pro Edition 6.7. The software focuses on mathematical equations, both on quality and productivity, reading MS Equation editor and MathType equations. It can insert and edit equations in InDesign and QuarkXPress and also supports word processors, presentation and graphic software titles.
