Panasonic has unveiled its new Micro Four Thirds camera, effectively confirming details in leaks over the last two weeks. The Lumix GX7 uses a 16-megapixel Digital Live MOS Sensor combined with the Venus Engine image processor for Multi-process NR and Detail Reproduction Filter Process, allowing it to have a maximum sensitivity of ISO 25,600.
New, clearer images of the Panasonic Lumix GX7 have emerged, according to a new leak, along with a more complete specifications list of the Micro Four Thirds camera. The new shots, showing the front, back, and top of the GX7, shows the full 90-degree movement of the 2.76 million-dot electronic viewfinder, along with a better view of the top control dial and buttons.
Panasonic will be adding a tilting electronic viewfinder to the upcoming Lumix GX7, according to images in a German photography magazine. The follow-up to the Micro Four Thirds Lumix GX1 will also apparently have a tilting three-inch display on the rear, Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity, and have image stabilization located on the 16 or 18-megapixel sensor.
