New bundle comes with two games, limited to Wal-Mart, Microsoft Store
Consumers looking for a replacement Microsoft Xbox 360 will have another option coming on October 7, just in time for the holiday shopping season. The new version of the almost nine-year-old console is bathed in blue, adding arctic blue accent pieces on both console and controller. Priced at $250, the Xbox 360 Special Edition Blue Bundle comes with a 500GB hard disk in the console, a month of Xbox Live Gold, Call of Duty: Ghosts and Call of Duty: Black Ops II.
Next iteration of the Call of Duty franchise skipping the Wii U, last two games on console
Call of Duty fans hoping to play the newest title in the series on the Wii U this year appear to be out of luck. Michael Condrey, co-founder of Sledgehammer Games, said on Thursday that Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare wouldn't be coming to the Nintendo console. He added that it "was an Activision decision," with the studio focusing on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition preorders begin for OS X and Windows
Classic Dungeons and Dragons adventure game Baldur's Gate II is coming to OS X and Windows. Baldur’s Gate II: Enhanced Edition combines both Baldur’s Gate II: Shadows of Amn and Baldur’s Gate II: Throne of Bhaal, and four characters each with their own epic quest and agenda. In addition to the main expansion, the new version of the game features multiplayer options, enhanced graphics, and The Black Pits 2: Gladiators of Thay for high-level adventuring. Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition will be available for OS X and Windows on November 15, and preorders have commenced for $25. An iOS and Android version will be available soon, but without the bundled extra characters.
Call of Duty: Black Ops arrives on Mac September 27
Aspyr is releasing popular shooter Call of Duty: Black Ops for the Macintosh. The game will include the First Strike downloadable content package, with the last two DLC packages available before Christmas as a single package for $25. The game requires a minimum 2.4 GHz processor, 4GB of RAM, and a Radeon HD 3870 or Nvidia 650M or greater. Until release, the three other Call of Duty titles are half off. Call of Duty: Black Ops will ship on September 27 and retails for $50 on the Mac App Store and Steam, or for $45 on Aspyr's GameAgent.

Logitech has introduced a new gaming keyboard and mouse for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, and a new high-precision laser mouse designed to make surfing the web easier. The Logitech Gaming Keyboard G105 and Laser Mouse G9X have a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare theme. They have green LED backlighting that recalls military night vision equipment. The Wireless Mouse M525 is a high precision compact laser mouse for general use that has several features to make web surfing easier and faster.
