Corroborating earlier reports, an online retailer has already slipped pricing information for the Windows 7 Family Pack and Anytime Upgrade options, according to ZDNet. Although the existence of a Family Pack has been debated, Expercom listed the package with a product code, GFC-00236, and a price of $137. The pack includes three licenses for Windows 7 Home Premium.

Expercom's system also included three Anytime Upgrade products, with Windows 7 Starter to Home Premium priced at $82 and Home Premium upgrades to Professional available for $91. The Windows 7 Home Premium upgrade to Ultimate was listed with a price of $138.

Microsoft will be competing with Mac OS X Snow Leopard which is due to launch in September. Apple is allowing upgrades for just $29, while the family pack carries a $49 price tag.

Windows 7 upgrades carry higher standard pricing than Apple's OS, although Microsoft plans on offering a limited pre-release promotion that will bring Home Premium and Professional upgrades down to $49 and $99, respectively.
