Kids will soon be able to play with LEGO-branded electronics, as the European blocks toymaker has recently entered into a licensing agreement with Digital Blue, which already makes Disney- and Batman-branded electronics. The LEGO line of portable electronics will include digital and video cameras, MP3 players and walkie talkies, with plans for home electronics such as boom boxes and alarm clock radios.Specifications aren't currently available for the devices.
All products will look like they are built from classic LEGO blocks, though the scale will be slightly larger and, unlike LEGO's claim to fame, the products aren't designed to be built or taken apart by users. The LEGO-branded electronics products will launch this summer, ranging in price from $20 to $60. [via KidsTechReview]
