Two new Apple Stores opened this weekend, say reports. In addition to one in Altamonte Springs, Florida, another location opened its doors in Carlsbad, California. The Carlsbad store can be found within The Forum at 1923 Calle Barcelona, and is next to Z Gallerie and across from Anthropologie. It is open Monday through Saturday from 10AM to 9PM, and on Sunday operates from noon to 6PM. No workshops have been scheduled so far.In the UK, meanwhile, Apple is said to be planning a third store for London, following ones at Regent Street and Brent Cross. The store should be situated in the Covent Garden district of London, on the corner of James Street and The Piazza. The district is said to be particularly prestigious, as it is home to buildings like the Royal Opera House and the Covent Garden Market; Apple's building was originally constructed in 1876, and has been labeled a protected heritage structure. |
