Psystar: Shipment of Mac clones continues
Psystar is "definitely still shipping" its Mac clones, in spite of an ongoing lawsuit from Apple, reads a message from the company. "Recently, our sales team has received several inquiries as to whether or not our systems are still available," the company says. "Psystar is definitely still shipping Open Computing products and we've introduced our restore utilities to enhance the computing experience for our customers at no extra cost."

Apple accuses Psystar of license, copyright and trademark infringement, mainly for its $400 OpenMac system, which runs Mac OS X Leopard despite no official sanction. Unlike Microsoft and Windows, Apple licensing forbids the installation of Mac OS X on computers that do not have official branding. Psystar has challenged the legality of this point however, suggesting that it violates antitrust laws.
