Movistar publishes Spanish ...

Spanish carrier Movistar, owned by Telefonica, has published its official subscription plans for the iPhone 3G. The company has prepared two iPhone-specific data plans: the basic one costs €15 (plus VAT) per month on top of a voice plan, and is technically unlimited, but after the 200MB threshold reduces speed to 128Kbps down, and 64Kbps up. The Plus option costs €25 and has similar throttling, but moves the threshold to 1GB.

Pricing for the actual phone is dependent on combinations of capacity, voice and data options. The cheapest voice and data combinations can raise the cost of an 8GB phone to €299, or a 16GB phone to €359; these options range through several tiers, however, and those who pick €90 in voice and €25 in data receive any iPhone for free. Telefonica will begin selling the iPhone from 1,500 outlets tomorrow at 10AM.
