Developer Ubermind has updated three of its plug-ins for Aperture, Apple's photo-editing software. In each case the plug-ins have been upgraded to support Aperture 2.0, although they are still compatible with v1.5. UberUpload 2.0.1 is an export plug-in, designed to simplifying uploading photos to remote servers. It supports FTP, SFTP and Bonjour protocols, and boasts features such as Keychain support and an "enterprise-grade" file transfer engine. It is being priced at $25.
Aperture to Archive 1.1.2 is $15, and allows users to quickly produce archives of photos, in formats such as ZIP, DMG or Tar Bzip2/Gzip. Aperture to Picasa Web Albums 1.3.2 uploads to Google's photo-sharing service, creating albums and converting Aperture keywords into Picasa tags. Aside from increasing compatibility, the update fixes a conflict with the Picasa Web Albums framework. It costs $25.
