Ergonis Software has released the latest version of its shortcut application, KeyCue 4.0. KeyCue is run alongside other applications, and is used to automatically detect and display all possible keyboard shortcuts, organizing them into a "cheat sheet" for convenient reference; shortcuts are clustered by menu headings, and users can pop up the cheat sheet simply by hitting the Command key. Appearance can be customized through various themes. Version 4.0 adds two critical changes: primary is the ability to click on shortcuts directly, turning KeyCue into a hotlink interface. The software is also now compatible with Mac OS X Leopard, due later this month. KeyCue requires at least Mac OS X 10.4 and costs $28 for a single license.
