Game developer CCP Games has made a deal with TransGaming, who will incorporate its Cider and Cedega portability engines into EVE Online's code. No prices or specific release dates have been set for the new game versions, but they are expected to ship before the end of the year. Players of EVE take a starship and explore the galaxy, earning money for upgrades while fighting off raiders and major player factions.
