Apple still offering sub-$800 refurb MacBook
Apple is still offering its sub-$800 refurbished MacBooks, and has expanded its refurbished iPod offerings with more Nanos alongside the re-introduction of reconditioned video iPods. Apple's consumer-oriented notebooks currently include the 1.83GHz white MacBook with 512MB of memory and a 60GB hard drive is priced at $799; 2.0GHz black MacBook with 512MB of memory and an 80GB hard drive for $999; 2.0GHz white MacBook with 1GB of memory and an 80GB hard drive for $1,049; and the 2.0GHz black MacBook with 1GB of memory and an 80GB hard drive for $1,099. The Cupertino-based company's reconditioned iPod nanos now include the 1GB black or white model for $89, 2GB black or white models for $99, and 4GB black or white models for $149. The company has also reintroduced white 30GB video iPods for $179, and 60GB white or black video iPods for $229.
