Following the Steve Jobs Expo keynote (replay available), Apple today showcased its new products on the showfloor, including iLife '06 with iWeb, iWork '06 bundle with updated versions of Keynote and Pages, and new Intel-based Macs: the iMac Core Duo (now shipping) and the new MacBook Pro, which is slightly lighter than the previous model (5.4lbs vs. 5.6lbs) and features a number of new enhancments, including a thinner profile, a faster ATI Radeon graphics card, a built-in iSight remote, a Lithium-polymer battery, an IR-rmote that works with the bundled Front Row software, and more.
