Several Power Book G4 owners on Apple's online support forum discuss an issue where whites lines appear on the display after extensive and prolonged use. The issue seems to affect a wide range of Power Book G4 (Titanium generation) models. However, a large number of users with the 667Mhz model report the issue. Most users are running Mac OS X 10.3.8, and the issue does not appear to be software related, as it occurs on system versions, and does not appear on a screen capture. Apple has yet to respond to the issue publicly.
