The attorneys are soliciting feedback from users who have experienced simliar problems. Meanwhile, another group of users is organizing a class action lawsuit over iBook quality, including repeated iBook logic board failures: "I think there is a major design flaw in the motherboards of the popular Apple iBook models. They keep failing. Over and over. Sometimes a single customer can have a motherboard fail (and subsequently replaced) up to three times."
