The nominees were selected by the Wired Brain Trust, an international jury of visionaries including pioneers such as Matt Groening (creator of The Simpsons), architect Frank Gehry, Sun's Bill Joy, MTV networks president Judy McGrath, and other Wired editors. The winners will be announced on January 13th in San Francisco.
