| References to iOS Office apps are appearing on Microsoft's support website, reports say. The French version of the site mentions an "Excel for iPad;" in another translation, references to that app are joined by ones for "PowerPoint for iPad" and "Office Mobile for iPhone." English-language documents are missing any reference to Office for iOS. A suite of official mobile Office apps has been expected for sometime, and is in development by Microsoft, but despite leaks the company has remained tight-lipped on any details. The suite is typically expected to launch early next year, potentially around February or March. iOS should also just be one of a few mobile platforms to get the apps, the other main option being Android.
