Music services forget that we like to own music. Napster, Rhapsody, Ruckus, Cdigix fail on a few counts. For colleges, students have to give up the music upon graduation, and they don't work with the iPod or storing locally, depending on service.

Victor, Sandy, and Walter drop a Powerbook in four Brenthaven bags. Metro, Fusion MB, Profile and Backpack.
The Backpack and Profile provide the most protection. The Powerbook was damaged in a drop down the stairs in the Metro, and when dropped off the moving car in a Fusion MB.
No damage was suffered in either of these tests with the Backpack or Profile bags.
