um, not to be a smartass, but can anyone point out a "tethered" PDA on the market???
Wireless, as in, wireless data communications... ie. no modem and phone cord (which would make it 'tethered'), but (in this case) a cellular connection.
A "tethered" PDA is anything running PocketPC or Windows CE.
Tetherball, as played with your PocketPC.
