CyberDisc today announced updated beta versions of NodeScan Server and NodeScan Client for Mac OS and OS X. NodeScan 1.0b8 provides an extensible platform for a variety of network services including file sharing, indexing, searching, chat and remote administration. NodeScan servers are designed to be inter-connected, with access to services across the network provided via th3 odeScan Client application. Version 1.0b8 includes optimized file sharing performance and has improved support for proxy servers and routers. The applications are free to download during the public beta.

How relevant is this to the mac community??? Seems more like an enterprise app -- a weak area for Macs.
