Proxim ships new Skyline Wireless Gateway

Proxim today announced its new Skyline Wireless Broadband Gateway for sharing a single high-speed Internet connection with both wired and wireless computers. It offers a 4-port 10/100 switch, an integrated 802.11b wireless access point, and a separate 10/100 Ethernet port for separating the local computers from the broadband network. The $300 router ships with a Web-based management system as well as support for PPPoE, DHCP serving, NAT, and 64-/128bit WEP.
