Minolta intros new USB/FireWire film scanner

Minolta today introduced its Minolta DiMAGE Scan Elite II film scanner. The dual-format, dual-interface (USB and FireWire), compact film scanner offers high-resolution 2,820 dpi scans with 16-bit A/D conversion and a 4.8 dynamic range The scanner includes its DiMAGE Scan Elite II driver software for "flexible scanning control," Minolta's Easy Scan Utility to automate the scanning process, and Adobe Photoshop Elements software.
