    Plug-ins? Renderman?

Are there any Maya plug-ins for OS X? Can I use Renderman with Maya for OS X? After I pay $7,500 for the Mac version, will it be supported the same and get the same number of updates as the NT version?

From my experience with Lightwave for the Mac, it's not supported as well nor does it have as many plug-ins as the NT version. Also, the Newtek Lightwave manual sucks. Does Maya come with a good manual and tutorials? Are there any books for Maya? Does it support multiple monitors in OS X? Will Maya support the GeForce 3's pixel and vertex shading in OS X? Are there going to be pro cards for the Mac like the Quadro or Wildcat? Can I have a renderfarm of PCs connected to my Maya OS X workstation? Are there volumes of models with shaders on CD I can buy for Maya like Reyes?

    Thanks!
