Now is a GREAT time to...

buy Apple stock. This is like the December before the iMac shipped. Things are Apple are going to be fantastic for 2002 as soon as January. America is head strong on getting back to business and making things happen. Buy while you can afford to and enjoy the ride back up to the top.

    Do you know...

why he isn't selling? Because he bought a ton of his shares pre-split for around $15/share. So he's still seen a 100% return on his initial investment in only 3 years. That's not too shabby.

The December before the iMac shipped was in the middle of a long period of economic boom. January 2002 is most likely going to be characterised by recession. Only a fool would think there is anything remotely similar between now and December 1997.

So even here on these boards we see bigots who want to link anyone with an Arab name to terrorism.

FYI, Prince Alwaleed is one of the world's best informed and most successful private investors. His passion for good products and worthwhile companies has given him his repution for bailing out companies that are just too good to face failure...

...and Apple was one of these. He put something like $100M into Apple back in the bad old days when even the Apple faithful thought they were close to going under.

Some people really are too stupid to own Macs, and Mr "so that is how..." is clearly one of them.

    Stupid Americans

I'm sickened almost to the point of renouncing my citizenship by the level of stupidity in this country. The Saudis are not our enemies. Our enemy actually dislikes them because they helped us out in the Gulf War. Pull your heads out of your asses.
