Xante has unveiled a new line of printers based around a PowerPC 480 MHz processor. The new printers are capable of 1200 dpi color/monochrome resolution and are dubbed ColourLaser 21. The base model includes 256 MB RAM Adobe PostScript 3, oversized printing up to 12" x 35.5", and 10/100BaseT Ethernet. The mid-range unit adds a 5 GB hard drive an duplex unit, while the high end model includes a 1,650 sheet capacity. Pricing ranges from $7,495 to $9,990.
