    QUE SUCKS

every Que drive I've ever used has had a problem... and there customer support is terrible...

oh, if they do a rebate it's a scam... they only pay if you call the rebate company at least once... and only after 6 months

never buy anything from this company

    you have been warned

    Had no problems

I have a QPS! Firewire CDRW and it has worked great from day 1. And I carry it all over, backing up files at work and for others. Plus, I recieved my rebate without ever picking up the phone.

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I had problems getting an Epson rebate. They told me I needed to register everything before they would give me a rebate (Printer AND software). Since then, I register everything that I can that comes with the hardware and haven't had any problems. Apparently they want more than "just a reciept". Of course, they could put that in writing somewhere. Whether that has anything to do with Que! rebates, I don't know.

(Never had that problem with Iomega ZIP rebates though...)
