What about Vancouver?
Vancouver is the second biggest Mac city in Canada and us Vancouverite shouldn't be ignored.
The Quebec chain "B.Mac" has started expaning outside its home provinces borders. For the past couple weeks now, they have been open in Ottawa.
The stores are very nice and bright, with helpful, knowledgeable staff. Although it doesn't quite have the branding appeal of and apple store, it carries the tradition and spririt over very well.

Don't forget London
Hey, I was there and it was awesome. Lots of fanfare from people in line. The Dillards employees were looking inquisitively at us through their doors. Free Evian water, t-shirts.
