Pinnacle today announced it will acquire the assets of FAST Multimedia, a developer of video editing solutions, headquartered in Munich, Germany. Pinnacle says it plans to integrate FAST's products into its family of industry-leading video, authoring and streaming solutions. The purchase, totalling $15 million in cash and stock, is expected to close in early October.
