Early morning tech news: Intel's Pentium III processors have been beating its newest Pentium 4 chips in tests with business applications; Microsoft's Internet Explorer for Windows has a security vulnerability that lets programmers find temporary Internet file folders and take over a computer, according to a security expert; Sony has developed a human-like robot, called the SDR-3X; and millions of Internet users, primarily in Australia, were left without access when a 25,000 mile underwater cable was cut yesterday.
