Gaussian 98M: molecular modeling for OS X
updated 03:30 pm EDT, Wed September 12, 2001
Gaussian 98M is described as a "complete implementation of the popular Gaussian 98 electronic structure modeling program for the Mac OS X environment. Designed to model a broad range of molecular systems under a variety of conditions, it performs its computations starting from the basic laws of quantum mechanics" and can be used to study short-lived intermediates and transition structures. Commercial licensing is $1,500 per computer, while academic licensing is $600.
