D1 Desktop 128HD wins 'Innovative Product Aw

Digital Voodoo today announced that its D1 Desktop series of PCI QuickTime cards, the D1 Desktop 128HD, has been named a 2000 Vanguard Award Winner by Video Systems magazine, which "seek to honor the most innovative new products to come to market in 2000. " The D1 Desktop 128HD offers full, uncompressed HDTV support as well as standard definition formats for amazing flexibility both now and in the future. In addition to full HDVT support, the D1 Desktop 128HD features true uncompressed 10-bit video capture and playback with 6 channels of AES/EBU digital audio. It can also provide HDTV capture and playback support for applications such as Apple Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Discreet combustion, and other applications.
