Bare Bones Software's Super Get Info 1.0.2 utility for OS X is "designed to serve as a supplement for the Mac OS X Finder's Show Info command," allowing users to more than one info window at a time, view/edit type and creator codes associated with a file, and view/edit the Unix owner, group, and permission settings associated with a file or folder as well as other useful commands. Version 1.02 adds an "Empty Trash" command, which allows you to empty the Trash even when the Finder claims you do not have sufficient privileges to do so and also provides compatibility with NFS servers, improvements when dealing with items on locked volumes, and several minor bug fixes.
