Evening tech news: Mozilla executive Mitchell Baker has apparently fallen out of good grace with AOL Time Warner leaders, but Mozilla plans to keep her on board with or without AOL's approval; CableLabs plans to certify a new cable modem standard that could significantly boost transfer speed as well as offer new services; Hewlett Packard and Compaq are likely to face some anti-trust matters with their recently announced merger.
