Sonnet is now shipping updated versions of its Crescendo/7200 processor G3/G4 upgrades, which now offer compatibility with both 168-pin EDO and FPM (Fast Page Mode) 5 volt DIMMs. It is also shipping updated Crescendo/7200 software which supports virtual memory up to the full 1GB supported by the native Mac OS (up from the previous limit of 256MB) and includes broader support for third party PCI cards. The cards support systems through Mac OS 9.04, while Mac OS 9.1 support is expected this fall.

7200
I have a 7200/90 motherboard. I keep toying with the idea of using it for target practice.
I'm not likely to do it, I'll probably sell it to the next person who comes to me with a broken 7200/90 MB, and insists that I fix it.
That's a shame. The 7200 was one of the worst computers Apple built when new (not as bad as the IIvx, 62xx or PB5300, but quite bad) and is not really worth saving now.
Folks, do yourself a favor. Even though Sonnet is very nice to us to bring these toys to us, don't bother with it. You've got a very nice case, put a 7600 motherboard in it, and buy one of their pci box G3 cards.
