NY Museum of Modern Art selects G4 Cube

updated 12:20 pm EDT, Fri August 17, 2001

The discontinued Power Mac G4 Cube is among six Apple products recently acquired by the New York Museum of Modern Art, according to The New York Times. The museum already owns several other Apple products for display, including an original Macintosh from 1984, a Macintosh SE from 1987, and QuickTake, Apple's original digital camera from 1994. cracked?

This isn't a troll. Really. But will that cube have
the "flaw"? It's historically relevant and shows the
folly of man's persuit of perfection. Even in our
current technological age, we can't yet control all
aspects of our invironment and random chance still
creeps in, causing unforseen and far reaching events.

It's as if the cube mutated and caused it's own
    extinction.

That's what you get when you run a Darwin kernel...

    re: icantspell

I love it when people make fun of other people for spelling errors on the web. It is so intelligent for those people who know how to spell a certain word to point out to others that someone else has actually misspelled a word. I'm really grateful for the witty way the people who point out the words are mispelled correctly go about doing it. Case in point the person here who points out the word environment was misspelled invironment. This clears things up really well because frankly I had no idea what the original poster was trying to convey. Sure the original poster had an excellent point that caused me to pause and think about what he said but the misspelling was terribly confusing. While we are at it we should point out that the original poster also misspelled pursuit by saying "persuit".

Also, I love it when people post something that is completely off topic like I'm doing right now. Sure I could throw something in like I think its really neat that the museum of modern art has Apple stuff in it and how it shows how very much on the forefront of design they are, but that would just be a cover for me trying to point out that I truly support the crackdown of misspelling on the web.

Oh by the way...I thought I misspelled the word 'misspelled'. But I launched word and did a spell check. It turns out that I spelled it correctly. Also I typed in 'mispelled' but that was wrong. Uh oh...looks like I misspelled a word in this post. I hope somebody corrects me quickly.

To the person who just ranted...its clear that you have no idea what your talking about because you obviously have no grammatical ability whatsoever and you most likely are completely without the ability to think rationally i.e. logically. You clearly say "I'm really grateful for the witty way the people who point out the words are mispelled correctly". You should have said 'incorrectly'. Please get it straight next time.
