    Mac OS X Please...

That's nice about them making new products for the Mac. However, I no longer buy hardware or software that doesn't run natively in Mac OS X. Companies need to understand that they are only doing themselves a disservice because less and less people are going to be buying OS 9 items. Get with the programs kids and make OS X ONLY!!!!

Make sure you write them a letter (a real paper one) and let them know of your policy, which is a good one at that.

Otherwise, they will do the typical ignorant thing and assume the Mac market is shrinking since nobody is buying and stop making Mac products altogether.

    s**** Canon...

I have been sending feedback via their support web site once a month asking when OS X drivers will be available for my PowerShot S10 camera. They continue to reply that drivers are "in development" and that I should "keep checking" the web site "periodically." When I reply to point out that checking the web site is worthless since they've had the same sentence there for nearly six months, they don't respond. I hope they follow Xerox and Polaroid right down the tubes.

The URL for their technical feedback form, by the way, is:

    Canon & OS X

Don't write off Canon. Canon drivers do exist for OS X for their 6-color printers, which is more than I can say for Epson, who continues to refuse to say whether my StylusPHOTO 750 printer will ever work in OS X.
