Totally Hip Software, makers of QuickTime-based LiveStage Professional, has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire ici Media. The agreement calls for Totally Hip to issue 1.25 million common shares for all of the issued and outstanding shares of ici Media. The shares will be issued to the three founders at a deemed price of $0.10 per share. The acquisition, subject to approval by the Canadian Venture Exchange, increases Totally Hip's marketing, sales, support, training, and consulting capabilities.
