An anonymous MacNN reader says that "while interviewing for a position today at the Apple store in Memphis, TN, they mentioned that the store will be opening on September 29th." Meanwhile, Apple is apparently having some legal trouble opening the store, which is in the Memphis suburb Germantown, TN.

only one apple store in the memphis area, and that's the germantown store. germantown is a suburb of memphis.
