It's HaddAd with an a, not an e.
He's kind of a pantload, though; pick a random MNN reader and he or she could probably do a much better job, especially concerning industry knowledge and Apple technologies.
He got some things totally wrong like claiming AOL Instant Messenger doesn't work on X. I've been using it in X for a couple of months. A good friend of mine has burned his first CD from X as well, a feature present in the most recent upgrade I beleive.
Some of these were pointed out above:
- AIM is available on OS X, both from AOL itself and as part of the uber-cool Fire.
- CD burning is possible inside iTunes (though full-featured burning won't be available until 10.1)
- There have been four system updates, not two, plus updates to Epson printer drivers, Internet Explorer, and Apache, all available through the software update panel.
And you can burn other types of CD with the new preview of Toast 5.1. You can scan in Classic perfectly well.
