Mobility Electronics this week introduced the EasiExpansion T45, the latest product in its line of universal expansion products for servers and desktop computers. The EasiExpansion T45 adds three internal 3.5" drive bays, two external accessible 5.25" bays, and four full-length PCI expansion slots via an external chassis connected to an internal PCI card using the company's Split Bridge technology, which offers bi-directional bandwidth of 1.25 Gbps. The $600 product is compatible with the G3 and G4 Power Macs and is expected to ship in December 2000.
