some of its features, such as bandwidth limitations and transfer limits, are difficult (impossible?) to implement easily in OS X. it's a nice solution for a robust FTP server with an easy to configure GUI.

This program is really nice and I recommend it to all non-Mac OS X users (like me, temporarily, because of problems with using it and file corruption.)
