Apple could have benefited in its trademark complaint against The Church of Satan from the services of Trademarkshadow.com, according to its creators. The service scours the Internet 24 hours per day for instances of clients' trademarks and brand names, which are then passed through conceptual analysis engines to determine whether the use of the name could be harmful.
